SYNCORE™ processes multiple feedstock types through standardized hydrometallurgical architecture. Zero liquid discharge. Energy consumption reduced 60–75% versus traditional smelting.

Traditional pyrometallurgy requires high temperatures, high energy input, and produces liquid waste streams. SYNCORE™ operates at moderate temperatures and ambient pressure.

Platform supports lithium-ion black mass, spodumene concentrates, nickel sulfide concentrates, and cathode manufacturing scrap. Feedstocks flow through the same unit operations with parameter adjustments controlled by digital twin models.
