B • ~60 MIN

Technical deep dive

A focused discussion on your domain expertise: refining chemistry, feedstock handling, process engineering, commercial deal flow, or operations depending on the role.

C • ~1 WEEK

Offer & onboarding

A clear, transparent offer followed by structured onboarding. You'll be contributing to active refining projects from day one.
