Nifemi Oguntuase brings expertise in mineral process chemistry, resource finance, and exploration consulting to her role as Founder and CEO of Syntra Refining. Her technical background and industry experience revealed a critical market inefficiency: while mining operations have achieved global scale, refining infrastructure remains fragmented and technologically outdated.
Recognizing this strategic gap, she founded Syntra Refining to develop advanced hydrometallurgical solutions that replace energy-intensive smelting with precision chemical processes, establishing a new standard for both economic efficiency and environmental performance in critical mineral refining.
